Diamond Liquid

Diamond liquid is enriched diamond liquid for metallic mould lapping which needs them at ample quantity. The liquid has very good diamond dispersion, and the quantity of abrasives supplied to a mould surface to be lapped is always consistant so to produce stable lapped surface.（water soluble）

Diamond Slurry

The slurry is prepared with single crystal diamonds and polycrystal diamond to reply wide demand of various professional users.
Water and Oil soluble are availabe.

Diamond PP Sheet

Diamond PP Sheet

Standard sheets have double-faced tape.
  • The sheet is made of resin which have originally high heat resistancy at high strength. The sheet has tensile strength and elasticity that can stand for strong tearing.
  • The sheet resin is heat resistant （200°～400℃）, so heat generated during grinding doesn't give much effect, and it can stand forsever conditions.
  • When the sheet is loaded, wash it with alcohol or dress it with GC paste mixed with either water or oil.
  • The sheet doesn't react any chemical, so any grinding liquid can be used.
  • The sheet can be cut freely with scissors, knifes and cutters.
